How pickup works
A few simple rules keep our bakery running smoothly and your order ready on time.
36 hours advance notice
Every online order needs at least 36 hours notice. Orders placed between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM start their notice period right away. Orders placed before 7:00 AM start at 7:00 AM that day, and orders placed after 3:00 PM or on a closed day start at 7:00 AM on our next open business day.
Pickup days & hours
Pickup is available Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM. We are closed Sunday and Monday, plus any holiday or special closure dates. Unavailable dates and times are automatically blocked in checkout.
Sold exactly as listed
Online items are prepared as offered — no substitutions, decorations, writing or special requests. Package sizes such as 1 Dozen or Box of 6 are the selling unit; choosing 2 means two full packages.
Payment & confirmation
Your order is not confirmed until payment succeeds. Once it does, you'll see a confirmation with your order number, pickup date and time, and everything you ordered.
